Want to know how to be a forum modorater ?

Will soon be live - Hope you enjoy it as much as we did making it.
We are looking for extra Modoraters to help with the running of the site,
So
Q, I really want to know how to be a forum modorater but i dont know the qualifacations that are needed to be one. Can someone please tell me where people sign up for one?
A, You need to be mature and well-known/involved with the community. The admin, hand-pick their moderators so send us a message with your intrest.
Admins are Admin (Stephen) and Bossman (Steve) , 2 different people but same first name.
