Samsung LCDs - Cant change channels using numbers

If you cant change the channels using the numberd buttons but can using P+ P-:

When you press a number look at the top right and if you see the number and a dash next it its waiting for a second number so you should put a 0 in front ie 01.02 and so on

If you dont want to do this then press the button marked _/__ and press it untill 1 dash is shown then it will be back to single numbers so you can use the numbers
