Hi all.. been working in technical call centres for the past 5 years

I used to work for Toshiba customer helpline, i offerd support to customers with DVD players / recorders, vhs recorders and TVs

I am currently offering technical support to customers with Plasma / lcd, Rear projections, CRT TVs, Freeview boxes and Games consoles.

I have a wide knowledge of Home entertainment systems so if anyone has any questions for me ill be happy to support you
