Sky Box not responding Empty Sky Box not responding

unplug box
hold in back up button on the box ( Not Remote ) and plug back in to mains while still holing the backup button
Keep holding the button till all light on box light up
let go and leave box for upto 30 mins for a software update
Box will then work normally
